The development strategy begins with modular concentration and product qualification in Brazil, followed by potential U.S.-aligned downstream processing as technical validation, customer qualification, financing and permitting milestones are achieved.

Sozo's current priorities include mineralogical characterization, metallurgical testing, independent resource-definition work, modular beneficiation planning and customer qualification. Commercial production remains subject to technical validation, financing, permitting and definitive commercial agreements.
Sozo Terra Insights, Inc. is registered with SAM.gov and is a member of the Defense Industrial Base Consortium (DIBC). The company submitted a proposal focused on recovering manganese from rare earth process streams to support potential development of the U.S. supply chain.
