Araponga Rare Earth Project
The Araponga / Serra do Brigadeiro Project is Sozo Terra's primary near-term rare earth development platform in Minas Gerais, Brazil.
The project includes a main priority area of approximately 4,800 hectares within a broader mineral rights position of approximately 27,000 hectares in Minas Gerais. The focus is on weathered, monazite-bearing mineralization targeting magnet rare earth elements, including neodymium, praseodymium, dysprosium and terbium. These figures refer to mineral rights and do not represent surface ownership.

Current work includes field sampling, laboratory validation, mineralogical characterization, magnetic separation testing, metallurgical review, and a resource-definition pathway supported by SRK Consulting within the agreed technical scope.
The project remains at the technical development stage. No mineral resource or mineral reserve has been published, declared or represented.
