Governance
Commitment to transparency, technical rigor and socio-environmental responsibility.
Our commitment
Sozo Terra Insights is advancing a mineral exploration project in Minas Gerais. Public information should distinguish exploration work and technical validation from a declared resource, mineral reserve, permit or commercial production.
Technical, environmental and regulatory matters remain subject to ongoing validation and applicable approvals as the project develops.

Governance pillars
Canadian standard for disclosure of technical information on mineral projects. Its mention does not mean Sozo has completed certification or published a mineral resource.
SRK Consulting supports a resource-definition pathway within the agreed technical scope; this does not represent a completed audit or certification.
Good field safety practices, environmental management and relationships with local communities.
Technical disclosure standard
NI 43-101 (National Instrument 43-101 - Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects) is the Canadian regulatory standard that defines how technical information from mineral projects must be disclosed to the market. It is recognized by exchanges, investors and regulators worldwide as a credibility benchmark.
Sozo's technical work is aligned with NI 43-101 within the agreed scope. NI 43-101 is a disclosure standard, not a certification granted to Sozo; no completed certification or published mineral resource is represented here.
SRK Consulting supports this work within the agreed technical scope.
Sampling, laboratory and metallurgical work inform the ongoing technical assessment.
No mineral resource or mineral reserve has been published or declared for the project.

Agreed technical scope
SRK Consulting supports the project's resource-definition pathway within the agreed technical scope.
This describes ongoing technical work; it does not state that an audit, NI 43-101 certification or mineral resource report has been completed.
Resource-definition work supported by SRK Consulting within the agreed scope.
Project data and technical work remain subject to validation.
No mineral resource or reserve is declared or represented as published.
Work is aligned with the standard within scope; no certification is represented as completed.
ESG
The project is in the surroundings of Serra do Brigadeiro State Park, an area of environmental importance. Exploration planning considers local environmental sensitivities and applicable authorizations; activities remain subject to relevant requirements.

Environmental conditions and applicable authorizations are considered as exploration activities are planned.
Community engagement and local service opportunities are considered in project planning.
Governance includes tracking applicable requirements and communicating project status accurately.
Titles and approvals
Mining-title status is specific to each proceeding and should be confirmed in official ANM records. Mineral rights are distinct from surface ownership. Environmental permits and other authorizations depend on the activity and project phase; this page does not claim full regulatory compliance or a fully licensed mine.
Investors, institutional partners and press can request detailed technical information about the project.
